My mind is like a tape recorder. It replays everything that happened during the day (even the smallest things like picking up a piece of cardboard around 11:30 this morning).
My main goal every morning is to have a better day than the day before and to accomplish something that’ll uplift my spirits during this tiresome time.
Looking back on the day, I realized that I put 110% into making sure I make someone else smile. There was this elderly woman who was searching for Lysol (of course, we were all sold out) and she was pretty sad about it. So I joked about some breadcrumbs because I could tell she wasn’t having a good day. She laughed and told me to always keep smiling beautifully.
This made my heart melt, literally. I accomplished my goal of making someone else smile and it uplifted my spirit. (win/win)
After work, I got the time to relax. I spent majority of the time on my desktop, editing videos on Adobe Premiere Pro( I love editing as much as I love writing). This weeks Sheen Article was published today as well!
I’ve also noticed that I day dream a lot about the life I want. I used to have times during my day, where I’d doubt myself but not anymore.
Twice, I’ve made sure to tell myself that my journey was made specifically for ME. I can’t give up.
The last thing I did today was create a Black Friday flyer for this small skincare business. (More motivation to not give up).
Overall, I’d say that I succeeded in having a better day than yesterday.
However, I know tomorrow will be even better!
