“Sad Days,”

I’m not having much of a good day, it’s pretty sad to say the least.

So, I decided to create this post because I want people to understand that I go through things just like everyone else.

I’m a very positive person, but my life is not perfect.

I don’t want it to be perfect.

I have days where I’m sad or upset but I tend to get pass them because I think of the bright side.

Everything happens for a reason.

I can’t control everything that happens but I can turn it into something that’ll benefit me mentally.

Days like these suck, though.

It’s just , I’m a overthinker . So I really dwell on things the ENTIRE day before I pick myself back up.

Any who, I hope everyone else is having a great day.

I think I’ll spend time with my mom and sister as I continue to get back on track.

  1. I can totally relate with being an overthinker. Often before doing the groceries, I would already think out the entire day before I even change my clothes. Will there be parking, is it crowded today, will the stock arrive, will things be too heavy to carry. It sucks, because it really detracts from the simplest tasks in life.

Anyway, here’s to wishing that good days come for you soon!

    1. Thank you so much Stuart! I really appreciate your comment. Grocery shopping is definitely something that stresses me out sometimes, because like you, I always think about a million things they could not have. I hope you have a great day!

  2. Hey, Hope you’re feeling better!
I was having a few off days as well – so I was off from WordPress.
I love that quote – “If there are no ups and downs in life, it means you’re dead” (referring to our heartbeat!). 🙂
    Take care!

    1. Hi!! Thank you so much, I feel way better 🤗. I hope you are feeling much better as well. I’ve never heard of that quote before but I love it already! I’m going to write it down. I hope you’re having a great day!
